Below are three simple stress management techniques to relieving stress and anxiety and depression.
- Decide to rid your life of depression and anxiety and stress. Tell yourself you are attacking overcoming anxiety and depression and your stress. You have the skills to do this inside yourself. it just takes opening the door to those skills.
- Change your thought process. You are what you think. Change your thoughts to positive ones and you will change your life. If you think in negative ways your life will be negative.
